Delivery
Orders are normally despatched within 3 working days from date of receipt of Order and full payment.

We kindly request you are available to receive delivery, or have advised us 24 hours in advance if you require to change the delivery time.
The cardholder is required to sign and accept delivery where possible.
If a delivery has been returned due to no one being available to receive it or if an incorrect post code was supplied by you at time of purchase, then a redelivery charge will apply. We cannot be held responsible for any goods received and damaged in transit an you have not reported these back to us within 24 hours.

Delivery arrangements may be made as follows:

  • Arrange for a different delivery day
  • Ask for your parcel to be left with a neighbour
  • Re-arrange delivery direct with the courier company
